This adapter is made of gold-plated brass that can be screw-mounted into rigid Ø 2 mm sockets. By tightening an internal screw, the Ø 2 mm plug of this adapter expands by tightening an internal screw so that it sits firmly in the socket and provides full contact protection when fitted. The Ø 2 mm socket with spring-loaded contact lamella in the insulating body is suitable for rigid Ø 2 mm plugs with rigid insulating sleeve.
